I’ve lost 5 lbs in a week.. woohooo!!!

Holy Energizer Bunny, Batman!

I started taking some herbal supplements lately to try and get me energized, keep my appetite lower, and provide me with the vitamins I know I’m not getting enough of. At first, I was skeptical, as I am about eeeeeeverything.  But, after three days, I can honestly say that I do have more energy and less appetite. Yesterday, I don’t think I consumed more than 1200 calories, which is great because I’m a lard ass who needs to lose weight.

The energy part is more important though. I’ve felt so sluggish the past few months because I’ve been working two jobs, dealing with the boy, struggling with depression from issues with us, and not getting enough sleep.  I need this boost to help me feel motivated to do the stuff I set out to do this year.

This is a great first step. Going meatless was also a great choice. I can already feel the difference.
